To help keep your WISP Builder account secure and your User Management area up to date, pending user invitations that have not been accepted within 30 days will be automatically removed.
What happens to an expired invitation?
If you invited a user to WISP Builder and they did not accept the invitation within 30 days:
The pending invitation will be removed from your account.
The individual will not be added as a user.
If they were set as a signatory role on a draft plan, they will be removed from that named role
You can invite the person again at any time.
This does not affect any active or verified users already on your account.
How to re-invite a team member
If an invitation has been removed, simply send a new one:
Log in to WISP Builder.
Go to Settings.
Select User Management.
Enter the team member's First Name, Last Name, and Email Address.
Select the appropriate Permission Level.
Click Send Invite.
The team member will receive a new invitation email and can use it to set up their access.
What if the invitation is still showing?
If the invitation has not yet reached 30 days, you may see Resend Invitation next to the user's name. You can use this option to send the existing invitation again.
Tip: If someone is expecting an invitation but hasn't received it, ask them to check their spam or junk folder as well.
Why does WISP Builder remove old invitations?
As part of our commitment to security and privacy, WISP Builder removes unaccepted team invitations after 30 days. Limiting how long an invitation remains active helps prevent outdated or forgotten invitations from being used to gain unauthorized access to your account.
