Upload Documents to WISP Builder

How do I upload documents?

Note: Documents uploaded to the WISP Builder are separate from documents attached to a WISP. Documents attached to a WISP do not display here. This section is intended to securely store documents that are not appropriate to attach to your WISP itself for distribution with it.

1. Login to the WISP Builder at https://app.wispbuilder.com/login

2. In the left menu, click Documents

3. On the My Documents page, Click Manage.

4. Next, click the Add New link near the top of the page

5. On the Add New Document page, Enter a title for the document you wish to add

6. Under Choose file, click Browse which will open your computers File Explorer where you can find and select the file you wish to upload.

NOTE: WISP Builder only allows PDF file formats

7. Now, check one of the permission levels you wish your users to have for the document

you’re uploading.

NOTE: Owner and Administrators will have access to all files upload to your WISP Builder

account.

8. Once finished, click Add Document.
